Class Bioregulator peptide (Glu-Asp)
Best known for Bladder and urinary tract support

What Is It?

Vesilute is a small bioregulator peptide designed to support bladder and urinary tract health. It works at the cellular level to support repair of the bladder lining, improve tissue function, and reduce inflammation in urinary tissues.

Who May Benefit?

People tend to reach for Vesilute for:

  • Recurrent UTIs
  • Bladder irritation or sensitivity
  • Urinary urgency or frequency
  • Age-related bladder changes
  • Prostate support in men

Benefits

  • Less urinary urgency
  • Reduced irritation
  • Improved bladder comfort
  • Fewer recurring UTI symptoms over time

How It Works

Vesilute acts as a tissue-specific bioregulator, which means it targets a particular tissue rather than working body-wide. In this case it helps restore normal cell function, supports the bladder lining (the urothelium), and improves the local immune response.

The simplest way to think about it: it helps your bladder function more like it used to.

What to Expect

Be honest with yourself about this one up front — it is a subtle, repair-focused peptide, not a "feel it instantly" one. You're rebuilding tissue quality, and that shows up as things gradually bothering you less rather than a moment where something switches on.

Cycle length: 20–30 days. Repeat 2–3 times per year if it's helping.

💛 T's Tip

This is one people don't know exists until they need it, babe — and then it matters enormously. If you're someone who's had UTI after UTI, or you've started planning your day around where the bathrooms are, this is the one to ask me about. Do not expect to feel it working. It's tissue repair, so it's quiet and it's slow, and you judge it at the end of a 20 to 30 day cycle, not on day three. Take it in the evening — repair happens while you sleep. And please stack it with D-Mannose and a good probiotic; those three together do far more than this peptide does on its own. 💛 — T

Mixing

Add 2 mL BAC water to the 10 mg vial. Slowly down the inside wall, swirl gently until clear — never shake — and refrigerate.

At this mix, 1 unit = 50 mcg.

Dosing (not medical advice)

Daily dose Units
200 mcg 4 units
250 mcg 5 units
300 mcg 6 units

Recommended plan:

Phase Dose
First 5–7 days 4 units daily
Then 5 units daily
Optional Increase to 6 units if you want to

Cycle length: 20–30 days, repeated 2–3 times per year if helpful.

How to take it: sub-Q — belly, thigh or love handle. Once daily, morning or evening, with evening preferred for tissue repair.

How Long Will One Vial Last?

One 10 mg vial (200 total units):

Dose Doses per vial
200 mcg (4 units) 50 days
250 mcg (5 units) 40 days
300 mcg (6 units) ~33 days

At 5 units daily, one vial comfortably covers a full 20–30 day cycle with some left over.

Side Effects

Generally very well tolerated. Possible mild effects:

  • Slight injection site irritation
  • Rare headache

Storage

Refrigerate the reconstituted vial (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Don't shake it. Swab the stopper each time and use a fresh sterile syringe.

Helpful Tips

  • Inject sub-Q; evening dosing is preferred for tissue repair
  • Judge it at the end of a cycle, not partway through
  • Highly recommended add-ons: D-Mannose (helps stop bacteria attaching), a Lactobacillus probiotic (supports healthy flora), and genuinely good hydration habits — simple but powerful
  • For "shy bladder" specifically, calming support like Selank can help more directly than this will
  • Rotate injection sites

FAQ

Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate.

I don't feel anything. Is it working? Very likely, and that's expected. This is a repair peptide, not a sensation peptide. Give it the full 20–30 day cycle before you decide.

How often can I repeat a cycle? 2–3 times per year is typical if it's helping.

Is this a treatment for a UTI? No. This supports the health and resilience of the tissue over time. An active infection is a conversation for your doctor, today, not something to manage with a peptide.

What should I take alongside it? D-Mannose, a Lactobacillus probiotic, and water. That trio does a lot of the heavy lifting.

A Little Reminder

This isn't about perfection, it's about consistency. Twenty or thirty quiet days of showing up, and then you look back and notice you've stopped thinking about it. That counts. You're not lazy and you're not broken. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
