I'm one person, not a company with a data department, so this is short and in plain English.

What I Collect

When you fill out the consultation form, I collect your name, contact details, and what you tell me about your goals, your history and what you've tried.

When you order, I collect your shipping address and what you ordered. If we text, I have our text history like anyone would.

Where It Lives

In Airtable, which is the database I run everything from, and in my phone. It is not stored on this website.

What I Do With It

I use it to answer your questions, work out what to recommend, and get your order to you. That's all.

What I Don't Do With It

I don't sell it. I don't share it. I don't give it to anyone else, and I don't post about your results without asking you first.

Payments

Venmo and Zelle handle payment directly. I never see or store your card or bank details.

Getting Rid Of It

Text me and ask, and I'll delete your records. You don't have to give a reason.

Cookies

This site runs on Squarespace, which sets its own cookies for basic analytics. I don't run advertising trackers.
