Quick Facts

Vial 50 mg
Mix with 2 mL BAC water
How often Once weekly
Best known for The strongest appetite + fat-loss peptide in research

What Is It?

Retatrutide — "RT" — is a triple-agonist peptide (GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon). Where Semaglutide works one pathway and Tirzepatide works two, Reta works three — which is why it's significantly stronger than either and shows the highest weight-loss efficacy of any peptide currently in clinical research.

Heads up on this vial size: the 50 mg vial is 2.5× as concentrated as the 20 mg — the same dose takes far fewer units. Double-check your chart when switching vial sizes.

Who May Benefit?

  • People whose progress stalled on Semaglutide or Tirzepatide
  • Anyone wanting strong appetite and food-noise control
  • People focused on visceral (deep belly) fat and metabolic health

Benefits

  • Strong appetite suppression
  • Major visceral fat reduction
  • Enhanced metabolic rate
  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Very potent compared to Semaglutide/Tirzepatide

How It Works

Reta activates the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors at once — appetite quiets, blood sugar steadies, and your metabolic rate gets a nudge instead of the slowdown that often comes with weight loss.

What to Expect

Strong appetite suppression — often more than TZ. That's the power and the caution: it's easy to accidentally under-eat. Titrate slowly, eat your protein, and expect results to build over the weeks.

💛 T's Tip

Reta is the strongest one in the toolbox, babe — respect it. Start at the bottom of the chart and stay there longer than feels necessary. The appetite suppression can be so strong that people forget to eat, and under-fueling is how you end up feeling awful and losing muscle instead of fat. Protein first, water always, and check in with me as you climb. Low and slow wins this one more than any other. 💛 — T

Mixing

Add 2 mL BAC water to the 50 mg vial. Run it gently down the side, swirl (don't shake) until clear, and refrigerate.

At this mix, 1 unit = 0.25 mg, so 4 units = 1 mg.

Dosing (not medical advice)

Once weekly, clinical-trial-based titration (units for the 50 mg / 2 mL mix):

Weeks Dose Units
1–4 1 mg weekly 4 units
5–8 2–4 mg weekly 8–16 units
9–12 4–6 mg weekly 16–24 units
13–16 8 mg weekly 32 units
17+ (maintenance) 8–12 mg weekly 32–48 units

Full conversion chart:

Dose Units Dose Units
1 mg 4 7 mg 28
2 mg 8 8 mg 32
3 mg 12 9 mg 36
4 mg 16 10 mg 40
5 mg 20 11 mg 44
6 mg 24 12 mg 48

How Long Will One Vial Last?

One 50 mg vial, at weekly dosing:

Weekly dose One vial lasts
2 mg ~25 weeks
4 mg ~12 weeks
6 mg ~8 weeks
8 mg ~6 weeks
12 mg ~4 weeks

Side Effects

  • Nausea
  • Full/stuffy stomach sensation
  • Fatigue (especially during titration)
  • Loose stools or constipation
  • Mild increase in heart rate

Reach out for anything severe or persistent.

Storage

Refrigerate the reconstituted vial (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Swab the stopper each time, use a fresh sterile syringe, keep out of light.

Helpful Tips

  • Protein first — the suppression makes under-eating easy
  • Hydrate + electrolytes every day
  • Switching from the 20 mg vial? Your units drop to less than half for the same dose — re-check the chart
  • Go slow on the titration; hold a dose if you feel rough

FAQ

Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate.

Why are my units different than my last vial? Different vial strength, same peptide. The 50 mg vial is more concentrated, so the same mg dose is fewer units. Always match your chart to your vial.

How does Reta compare to Tirzepatide? It adds a third pathway (glucagon), so most people find it stronger per mg — that's why the doses are lower and the titration slower.

A Little Reminder

Sustainable progress and helping your body heal — not suffering your way skinny. The strongest peptide still needs the same four basics: protein, water, movement, and consistency. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
