Quick Facts

Vial 100 mg
Mix with 3 mL BAC water
How often Once weekly
Best known for The strongest appetite + fat-loss peptide in research

What Is It?

Retatrutide — "RT" — is a triple-agonist peptide (GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon). Where Semaglutide works one pathway and Tirzepatide works two, Reta works three — which is why most people find it stronger than either, with significant food-noise reduction and deeper fat loss.

Heads up on this vial size: the 100 mg vial is the most concentrated — even mixed with 3 mL, the same dose takes far fewer units than a 20 mg vial. Double-check your chart when switching vial sizes.

Who May Benefit?

  • People whose progress stalled on Semaglutide or Tirzepatide
  • Anyone wanting strong appetite and food-noise control
  • People focused on visceral (deep belly) fat and metabolic health

Benefits

  • Significantly reduced "food noise"
  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Increased metabolic rate (more than TZ)
  • Deeper fat loss
  • Improved energy in some people

How It Works

Reta activates the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors at once — appetite quiets, blood sugar steadies, and your metabolic rate gets a nudge instead of the slowdown that often comes with weight loss.

What to Expect

Many people report stronger appetite suppression than Tirzepatide — that's the power and the caution: it's easy to accidentally under-eat. Go slow, hydrate, prioritize protein, and let the results build.

💛 T's Tip

Reta is the strongest one in the toolbox, babe — respect it. Start at the bottom of the chart and stay there longer than feels necessary. The appetite suppression can be so strong that people forget to eat, and under-fueling is how you end up feeling awful and losing muscle instead of fat. Protein first, water always, and check in with me as you climb. Low and slow wins this one more than any other. 💛 — T

Mixing

Add 3 mL BAC water slowly down the side of the 100 mg vial. Gently swirl (do not shake) until clear, and refrigerate after mixing.

At this mix, 1 unit ≈ 0.33 mg (3 units = 1 mg).

Dosing (not medical advice)

Once weekly — Reta is very potent, so slow increases are key. Conservative titration on the 100 mg / 3 mL mix:

Weeks Dose Units Notes
1–4 3 mg weekly 9 units Conservative start — assess GI tolerance
5–8 5 mg weekly 15 units Typical sweet spot for many
9–12 6–8 mg weekly 18–24 units Increase only if appetite suppression fades
13+ 8–10 mg weekly 24–30 units Higher doses only when necessary

How Long Will One Vial Last?

One 100 mg vial, at weekly dosing:

Weekly dose One vial lasts
3 mg ~33 weeks
5 mg ~20 weeks
8 mg ~12 weeks
10 mg ~10 weeks

Side Effects

  • Nausea
  • Delayed gastric emptying (full/stuffy stomach)
  • Fatigue during titration
  • Constipation
  • Increased heart rate (in some)
  • Appetite suppression strong enough to cause under-eating

Reach out for anything severe or persistent.

Storage

Refrigerate the reconstituted vial (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Swab the stopper each time, use a fresh sterile syringe, keep out of light.

Helpful Tips

  • Go slow. Hydrate. Prioritize protein. That's the Reta rulebook
  • Don't let the quiet appetite talk you into skipping meals
  • Switching vial sizes? The units change even when the dose doesn't — always re-check the chart
  • Same day each week

FAQ

Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate.

Why are my units so different than my last vial? Different vial strength, same peptide. The 100 mg vial is the most concentrated, so the same mg dose is far fewer units. Always match your chart to your vial.

How does Reta compare to Tirzepatide? It adds a third pathway (glucagon), so most people find it stronger per mg — that's why the doses are lower and the titration slower.

A Little Reminder

Sustainable progress and helping your body heal — not suffering your way skinny. The strongest peptide still needs the same four basics: protein, water, movement, and consistency. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
