Feel Better Guide — NAD+ 500 mg

NAD+ · 500 mg vial · mixed with 5 mL BAC water

Informational only — not medical advice. I'm not a doctor, just a girl sharing what's helped me and the people I care about.

⚠️ READ THIS FIRST — start low, seriously. If you take too much NAD+, you can get a warm rush through your whole body, tingling limbs, rapid heartbeat, and flushing. It's alarming but it passes within a few minutes to an hour. Just reduce your dose on the next shot. Start at 10 mg and titrate up very carefully.

Quick Facts

Vial 500 mg
Mix with 5 mL BAC water (100 mg/mL)
How often 2–3× per week
Starter dose 10 mg (10 units)
Best known for Energy, focus & cellular repair

What Is It?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell in your body. It's essential for cellular energy production (ATP), DNA repair, mitochondrial function, and reducing oxidative stress. Levels decline as we age — supplementing is about restoring what time takes.

Who May Benefit?

People choose NAD+ to:

  • ✔ Boost energy naturally without stimulants
  • ✔ Support healthy aging at the cellular level
  • ✔ Recover faster from workouts, stress, or injury
  • ✔ Optimize brain function (focus, memory, mood)
  • ✔ Feel vibrant, resilient, and strong

Benefits

  • Increased energy and reduced fatigue
  • Sharper mental clarity and focus
  • Enhanced athletic recovery and performance
  • Anti-aging and longevity effects (cellular repair, DNA protection)
  • Better sleep quality
  • Improved skin health
  • Metabolic support and healthy weight management

How It Works

NAD+ is the coenzyme your mitochondria need to turn food into ATP — actual usable cellular energy — and it's central to DNA repair. Restoring it supports everything from energy and focus to recovery and longevity, from the cell up.

When to Expect Results

Timeline What people notice
1–2 weeks (some in days) Energy and mental clarity
2–4 weeks Recovery, mood, sleep improvements
Months Longevity and deeper cellular repair (gradual, cumulative)

💛 T's Tip

From personal experience, babe — I highly recommend starting low and being very careful titrating up. If you take too much you can get a warm rush all through your body, tingling limbs, rapid heartbeat, flushing. It will pass within a few minutes to an hour, but it can absolutely cause panic if you don't expect it. Just reduce the dose on your next shot. For what it's worth: I only take 10 mg, three times a week. Inject it slowly — that helps with the sting — and drink plenty of water on either side. 💛 — T

Mixing

Add 5 mL BAC water to the 500 mg vial. Run it gently down the side, swirl (don't shake) until clear, and refrigerate.

At this mix, 1 unit = 1 mg (100 mg/mL).

Dosing (not medical advice)

Dose Units Use case
10 mg 10 units Starter dose — first week, every other day
25 mg 25 units Possible maintenance dose (1–3× per week)
50 mg 50 units Possible maintenance dose (1–3× per week)
100 mg 100 units Stronger support for energy & repair — only if needed

Frequency: start with 10 mg 2×/week for the first week, then move to 3×/week.

How Long Will One Vial Last?

One 500 mg vial (500 total units):

Dose Doses per vial
10 mg (10 units) 50 doses
25 mg (25 units) 20 doses
50 mg (50 units) 10 doses
100 mg (100 units) 5 doses

At 10 mg 3×/week, one vial lasts around 4 months.

Side Effects

Dose-related — this is the one where too much, too fast is the whole issue:

  • Warm rush through the body
  • Tingling limbs
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Flushing

These pass within a few minutes to an hour. Reduce your dose on the next shot. Injecting slowly also helps with stinging.

Storage

Refrigerate the reconstituted vial (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Swab the stopper each time, use a fresh sterile syringe, keep out of light.

Helpful Tips

  • Injection type: subcutaneous (belly, hip, behind fat)
  • Injection comfort: inject slowly to reduce stinging; rotate sites
  • Hydration: drink plenty of water before and after injections
  • Frequency: 10 mg 2×/week the first week, then 3×/week

FAQ

Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate. (Note: don't mix NAD+ with GHK-Cu.)

I got a warm rush and my heart raced — is something wrong? That's the classic sign of too much, too fast. It passes within a few minutes to an hour. Reduce your dose next time and titrate up more slowly.

Why does it sting? NAD+ is known for it. Inject slowly and rotate sites — that's the fix.

Do I need a big dose to benefit? No. Plenty of people do beautifully at 10 mg a few times a week.

A Little Reminder

NAD+ works best alongside healthy habits: balanced nutrition, hydration, exercise, and good sleep. It's a boost to what you're already doing, not a replacement for it. You don't have to do this perfectly. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
