What Is It?
GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) is a naturally occurring peptide in your body that declines with age. It's best known for skin repair, collagen production, hair growth, and anti-inflammatory benefits. Think of it as your body's "repair + regeneration signal."
Who May Benefit?
- Anyone focused on skin quality, firmness, and fine lines
- People wanting hair growth and thickness support
- Anyone healing tissue or working on inflammation
- Anti-aging at the cellular level
Benefits
- Supports collagen + elastin (skin tightening, wrinkle reduction)
- Promotes hair growth + thickness
- Speeds up healing + tissue repair
- Reduces inflammation
- Improves skin tone + texture
- Anti-aging support at the cellular level
How It Works
GHK-Cu carries copper into your cells and signals the repair-and-regeneration machinery — the same processes that build collagen and elastin, calm inflammation, and rebuild tissue. It's a signal your body already knows; you're just restoring what age depletes.
What to Expect
Skin tone and texture usually shift first, then firmness and hair over the weeks. It's a cumulative, 8–12 week peptide — consistency matters more than dose size.
💛 T's Tip
This is my skin-and-hair peptide, love. Two real-world things to know: it can sting or burn a little going in — that's normal for some people and not a problem — and it's copper, so don't mix it in a syringe with L-Carnitine or NAD+. It stacks beautifully with BPC-157 and TB-500 if you're healing something. Start at the low end, stay consistent, and judge it at the 8-week mark, not the 8-day mark. 💛 — T
Mixing
Add 2 mL BAC water to the 100 mg vial. Run it gently down the side, swirl (don't shake) until clear, and refrigerate.
At this mix, 1 unit = 0.5 mg.

FAQ
Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate.
What does it stack well with? BPC-157 and TB-500 (in separate syringes) — a great combo when you're repairing tissue.
Anything it shouldn't be combined with? Yes — do not mix GHK-Cu with L-Carnitine or NAD+. Keep those in separate syringes and separate sittings.
It stings going in — did I do something wrong? No, that's a known quirk of copper peptide for some people. Inject slowly and rotate sites.
A Little Reminder
Skin, hair, and healing are long games — they're built on sleep, water, protein, and consistency, with GHK-Cu as the signal on top. You don't have to do this perfectly. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
