Quick Facts
| Vial | 20 mg total (combined blend) |
| Mix with | 2 mL BAC water |
| How often | Daily (or twice daily) |
| Typical dose | 250–500 mcg (2.5–5 units) |

What Is It?
The BPC-157 / TB-4 (or TB-500) blend — affectionately called "the Wolverine shot" — pairs two of the most popular repair peptides. They're stacked together for synergy: BPC-157 targets localized repair and gut-lining health, while TB-4 promotes systemic cellular regeneration and increased circulation to injury sites.
Who Commonly Uses It
- Athletes with a high inflammatory load
- Anyone recovering from injury or surgery
- People with chronic muscle, joint, or tendon pain
- Anyone wanting better mobility and faster recovery
Benefits
- Helps repair tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue
- May speed healing of injuries and post-surgical recovery
- Supports anti-inflammatory pathways to reduce pain
- Promotes joint lubrication and mobility
- May improve gut health and protect stomach lining
- May support hair growth and improve circulation
- Helpful for chronic injuries and overuse pain
How It Works
Two peptides, two jobs. BPC-157 works locally — repairing tissue and soothing the gut lining. TB-4 works systemically, encouraging cell regeneration and pulling more circulation toward the areas that need healing. Together they cover both the local repair and the whole-body recovery side.
What to Expect
| Phase | What people often notice |
|---|---|
| Days 3–10 | Pain & inflammation start reducing |
| Weeks 2–4 | Mobility, flexibility & tissue elasticity improve |
| Weeks 4–6 | Strength returns, chronic pain decreases |
(Not everyone notices sensations the same way — progress is often subtle but steady.)
💛 T's Tip
This is the one I reach for when something hurts, babe. The doses are tiny — we're talking 2.5 to 5 units, so don't second-guess the syringe when it barely looks like anything. Some people inject near the sore spot, others just do the belly; both work, so do whatever you'll actually be consistent with. Give it 4–6 weeks of daily, drink your water, and keep moving gently — the movement is what helps it work. 💛 — T
Mixing
Add 2 mL BAC water to the 20 mg blend vial. Run it gently down the side, swirl (don't shake) until clear, and refrigerate.
*At this mix, 1 unit = 0.1 mg (100 mcg), so 5 units = 500 mcg.*
Dosing (not medical advice)
| Total blend | BAC water | Dose | Units |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 mg | 2 mL | 250–500 mcg per day | 2.5–5 units daily (or twice daily) |
- Subcutaneous injection — lower belly or near the injury site
- Most common schedule: daily for 4–6 weeks, then as needed
- Some people target near the injured area, others inject the abdomen — both methods are widely used
How Long Will One Vial Last?
One 20 mg vial (200 total units):
| Daily dose | One vial lasts |
|---|---|
| 250 mcg (2.5 units) | ~80 days |
| 500 mcg (5 units) | ~40 days |
| 500 mcg twice daily (10 units) | ~20 days |
One vial comfortably covers a standard 4–6 week daily round.
Side Effects (rare)
- Temporary redness at injection site
- Headache or fatigue in the first few days
- Increased appetite (occasionally)
Generally considered well-tolerated, with no major systemic effects typically reported.
Storage
Refrigerate the reconstituted vial (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Swab the stopper each time, use a fresh sterile syringe, keep out of light.
Pro Tips
- Hydration improves tissue repair — drink your water
- Gentle movement speeds the benefit (even mild/moderate mobility work)
- Many people do a "booster round" after intense activity or an injury flare-up
- Rotate injection sites
What to Avoid
No widely known negative interactions. If you take blood thinners / anticoagulants, just keep an eye on bruising — not a contraindication, only awareness.
FAQ
Can I combine this with my other peptides? Using more than one peptide is common and perfectly fine — but different peptides should not be combined in the same syringe. A few technically can be mixed, but they don't always play well together, and in some cases they can work against each other, so you lose the benefit of both. It isn't worth the guesswork. Keep each peptide in its own syringe — you can still take them in the same sitting, one right after another. When in doubt, keep them separate. (BPC-157 and TB-4 already come pre-blended in one vial — that's intentional and fine.)
What does it stack well with? AOD-9604 (fat-burning support during recovery), CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (GH release and nighttime repair), MOTS-C (mitochondrial and cellular repair), and NAD+ (cellular energy during tissue healing) — in separate syringes.
Should I inject near the injury or in my belly? Both are widely used. Near the site is popular for a specific injury; the abdomen is easier for everyday consistency.
My dose looks impossibly small — is that right? Yes. 2.5–5 units is correct for this blend. Small volume, real effect.
A Little Reminder
Healing isn't linear and it isn't fast — it's consistent. Water, gentle movement, protein, and showing up daily are what make this one work. You don't have to do this perfectly. I'm really glad you're here. 💛
